We zoeken een Senior Salesforce Consultant die niet alleen vandaag uitzonderlijke oplossingen levert, maar ook de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar een architectenrol. Je werkt aan impactvolle projecten, geeft vorm aan ons technische fundament en helpt InspireAi verder op te schalen naarmate we groeien.
Je speelt een sleutelrol in het definiëren van onze delivery-standaarden en blijft daarbij hands-on betrokken bij de uitvoering. Deze positie is ideaal voor iemand die uitblinkt in een dynamische omgeving, gepassioneerd is over het oplossen van complexe problemen en streeft naar een blijvende, betekenisvolle impact. Je beschikt over een teamgerichte instelling en uitstekende vaardigheden in klant- en stakeholdermanagement.
Hoewel deze rol op afstand is, is het essentieel dat de juiste kandidaat in Nederland gevestigd is om klantbezoeken uit te voeren.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Faciliteren van workshops: Leiden van klantworkshops om vereisten te verzamelen en te verfijnen, consensus te bereiken over het ontwerp van oplossingen en ervoor te zorgen dat alle stakeholders betrokken zijn bij het proces.
Technisch leiderschap: Verantwoordelijk voor de technische kwaliteit, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ze voldoen aan de best practices en de specifieke eisen van de klant.
Solution architectuur en ontwerp: Ontwerpen van schaalbare en efficiënte Salesforce-oplossingen die aansluiten bij de doelstellingen van de klant en voorbereid zijn op duurzame integratie.
Implementeren van best practices: Opstellen en handhaven van best practices in Salesforce-delivery en architectuur, waarbij je het team begeleidt om consistente kwaliteit en naleving van industrienormen te waarborgen.
Klantrelaties beheren: Optreden als vertrouwde adviseur voor klanten, waarbij je strategisch advies geeft over Salesforce-mogelijkheden, oplossingsopties en technische roadmaps.
Ideale vaardigheden en ervaring
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in consultancy is een vereiste.
Ervaring met Agentforce is een pluspunt
Uitgebreide ervaring met klantcontact en het beheren van klantrelaties.
Ervaring met het plannen en faciliteren van workshops.
Vaardigheid in het maken van technische schattingen.
Diepgaande kennis van Salesforce, inclusief beperkingen en hoe je het maximale uit het platform haalt.
Uitstekende probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.
Sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
Vermogen om bedrijfsvereisten te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
Ervaring met het opstellen van architectonische diagrammen.

You might be a fit if…
- You have 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem as a Consultant (or similar client-facing role), with strong hands-on configuration and solution design experience.
- You’re confident running client workshops — gathering requirements, challenging assumptions, and translating business problems into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- You have a strong technical foundation (Flows, data modelling, security model, automation patterns) and think beyond “ticket delivery” toward long-term impact.
- You’re persistent when solving problems — you don’t stop at surface-level fixes and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to find the right solution.
- You can balance being strategic and hands-on. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and build.

The practical bits
- Location: South Africa Based – Fully Remote with an annual European offsite. Availability within European timezone is a must for our clients
- Compensation: based on experience
- If you have the right to travel to Europe without a visa that is helpful, but not mandatory
- Compensation: R600,000 – R850,000 + team performance bonus

Salesforce Sales Executive - UKI
Role Description
We’re looking for a UKI Salesforce Sales Executive to help us scale our presence in the region. Someone who thrives in client-facing environments, knows how to build momentum, and most importantly, knows how to close.
This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel depending on client and team needs.
In under two years, we’ve built strong momentum: earning multiple Salesforce partner awards, joining the FDE programme, and becoming the #1 Agentforce partner in EMEA.
We already have active clients and ongoing work in the UK, alongside strong traction across Europe. Now, we’re looking for someone who can take that momentum and turn it into consistent, scalable revenue.
This isn’t a role for someone who waits for leads to land or deals to close themselves. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from shaping opportunities through to confidently getting deals over the line.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle – from early conversations through to negotiation and close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within the UK market
- Lead client conversations with clarity and confidence, shaping solutions around real business outcomes
- Drive deals forward proactively – maintaining momentum and overcoming blockers
- Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to scope, position, and price engagements effectively
- Represent the business with credibility, building trust with senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, proactively identifying and driving joint opportunities
- Balance customer needs with commercial outcomes, ensuring deals are both valuable and viable
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts, expanding relationships and revenue

What We’re Looking For
- Strong professional proficiency in English is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales role within a services or consultancy environment
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating pipeline, typically in the £50,000 to £300,000 range
- Experience owning deals end-to-end, from initial engagement through to signed contract
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness: you understand pricing, margins, and deal viability
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you drive deals forward without needing constant direction
- Comfortable operating in a growing business where structure is evolving and there’s room to shape the role
- Experience selling Salesforce or CRM-related services
