Role Description
Are you a Salesforce Solution Architect looking to make an impact? This role offers a unique chance to work on exciting projects, shape InspireAi’s technical delivery standards and drive its growth.
You’ll play a pivotal role in defining our delivery standards, while still getting your hands involved in delivery. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced settings, is passionate about tackling challenging issues, and seeks to make a meaningful, enduring impact. You have a team-oriented mindset combined with excellent customer and stakeholder management abilities.
Though this role is largely remote, there might be some travel required within the Netherlands.
Please note if you are selected for an initial screening call, it will be conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery Leadership: Oversee and be accountable for the technical quality and standards of InspireAi’s Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet best practices and client requirements.
- Solution Architecture and Design: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives and are built for long-term sustainability and integration.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and refine requirements, build alignment on solution design, and ensure stakeholders are fully engaged in the process.
- Best Practices Implementation: Establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce delivery and architecture, guiding the team to ensure consistent quality and alignment with industry standards.
- Hands-On Development: When needed, participate in hands-on development to deliver complex components and set the standard for quality and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, solution options, and technical roadmaps.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of developers and consultants, providing technical direction and support to elevate team skills and ensure high-quality delivery.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Consulting Experience of 4+ years is a must
- Agentforce experience is a plus
- Seasoned client facing skills
- Workshop planning and facilitation
- Technical estimation experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, its limits and how to get the most out of the product
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Architectural diagrammatic skills
- Understanding when to use what approach for a particular business problem. It could be code, config or it could be training!
- Ability to build a trusted advisor dynamic to the client
- Eagerness to adapt to Salesforce’s continuously evolving environment.
- Eagerness in AI
- Fluency in Dutch and business proficiency in English is a must
